Fantastic work of synthesis and innovation to come up with this, Andrew! 👏

While I think there are some good OKR software platforms out there, this approach is probably 99.5% of what any team would need, and they can get started immediately for free.

And like you & Christina Wodtke both say- the “secret sauce” of OKRs is ***the regular cadence***.

Absolutely, Andrew! Outside of OKRs for your business, have you also set Personal OKRs?

And do you have an Accountability Group you share them with at that regular cadence...?

Yeah, I've done personal OKRs. I found it really useful. You can always find *some* way to track a goal, even something as squishy as "feeling happier." I do share it with a small group, yes. Super helpful to have outside viewpoint!
